Please allow at least two weeks for the check to be received and processed. Once payment has been accepted you will receive a receipt of payment.

Cancellations and no-shows for any reason, including inclement weather conditions and weather related emergencies, are subject to the full registration fee if there is one. Refunds will not be given at any time. Substitutions are welcome.

Please email or fax cancellations to eandtreg@mphi.org or (517) 324-6080 at least five business days prior to the event date. Substitutions are welcome.

Please Note: Due to flu season, we ask that if you experience any symptoms related to the flu, please stay home and do not attend the event. Contact MPHI either by phone or email if you will not be attending. To learn more about the flu and what you can do, please visit www.flu.gov or call (800) 232-4636.
  • Consult the CE Easy Steps document received with your event reminder for specific requirements for the event you attended.
  • Completion of an online evaluation is always a requirement to receiving an educational certificate. You will receive an email with the link. This link is unique to your email address and can’t be shared with others.
  • Check in at the registration desk each day of the event to confirm attendance.
  • Payment in full for any fees for the training or certificates.

This email is generally sent within one business day of the close of the event but can take up to 5 business days. The email will come from ceinfo@mphi.org via surveymonkey.com with a link to the evaluation for the event. We find that this email can sometimes fall into a spam or junk area so please be sure to check there also. If you have not received a link within 5 business days, please email ceinfo@mphi.org for next steps to complete the evaluation.
You will receive an email with a link to our CE Portal System within 30 days of the close of the evaluation. Most evaluations are open for 14 days after the event, some can be open for 21 days. Consult your CE Easy Steps Document for information specific to your event.
