Cancellations will only be considered when received in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored.
Cancellations received 30 or more calendar days prior to the event start date will be honored. If payment has been received a refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 30 calendar days prior to the event start date and all unpaid invoices will be due in full.

Please Note: Due to flu season, we ask that if you experience any symptoms related to the flu, please stay home and do not attend the event. Contact MPHI either by phone or email if you will not be attending. To learn more about the flu and what you can do, please visit www.flu.gov or call (800) 232-4636.
- Consult the CE Easy Steps document received with your event reminder for specific requirements for the event you attended.
- Completion of an online evaluation is always a requirement to receiving an educational certificate. You will receive an email with the link. This link is unique to your email address and can’t be shared with others.
- Check in at the registration desk each day of the event to confirm attendance.
- Payment in full for any fees for the training or certificates.
