Fees for registration must be paid in full prior to the event date. To make payments, please choose from the below options. Please note: in order to protect your data, we are unable to process credit card payments over the phone.

To pay for your own registration or continuing education fee(s) via Visa or MasterCard, please click the Payment Portal button below and enter the email and password used to register for event(s). Please note: payment portal page may take up to 30 seconds to load.

Paying for Someone Else?

To pay a registration or continuing education fee for someone other than yourself via Visa or MasterCard, please click the MPHI Payments button below. Under Reason for Payment, select USI Registration. You can find your invoice number in the email confirmation sent when event registration was completed.

To pay an exhibitor invoice via Visa or MasterCard, please click the MPHI Exhibitor Payment button below. Under Reason for Payment, select USI Exhibitor. You can find your invoice number on the invoice you received via email.

Paying by Check?

To make payments by check, make checks payable to MPHI or Michigan Public Health Institute.
Please reference your order invoice number(s) on your check.
