Note: You will be asked to make and cancel your own hotel reservations to accommodate your overnight rooming needs. Your room must be booked no later than, September 23, 2019 in order to ensure you will receive the government room rate. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon).
