Mentors Among Us: The Advanced CPA

We look forward to your participation in Mentors Among Us: The Advanced CPA. Participants will spend the morning discussing the concept of an advanced CPA and how advancing our WIC practices can change health outcomes and create healthier communities. We will tie in concepts of client centered service, continuity of care, and data collection (including the Michigan WIC’s 5-year plan). The morning is highly interactive, relying on participant input to drive the training.

In the afternoon, we will work in MI-WIC and apply concepts from the morning session.  Using test clients and scenarios, participants will use their client-centered skills to guide the trainer in creating documentation to best promote and support our client’s continuity of care.

To fully participate and receive CEUs for the training, participants are highly encouraged to log in with a computer with both audio and video capabilities.

Please check recommended pre-requisites before registration.
