Overnight Accommodations

When calling for overnight accommodations, please identify that you are attending WIC Training for the government rate.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
  • Describe MIOSHA requirements and Universal Precautions
  • Discuss techniques for micro blood drawing including performance under special conditions
  • Demonstrate technique for micro blood drawing for lead and hemoglobin
  • Perform a hemoglobin test
  • Demonstrate competency in laboratory procedures

Cancellations and no-shows for any reason, including inclement weather conditions and weather related emergencies, are subject to the full registration fee if there is one.
