Record Review Training
Registration: 8:00 a.m.- 8:30 a.m.
Training: 8:30 a.m.. - 4:00 p.m.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m
This training will be conducted live in the MI-WIC Training Environment. The summary section will emphasize a sharing and best practice discussion for how quality improvement is to be achieved and maintained at the local agencies through the practice of skills being taught at this training.
Space is limited.
First priority for registration will be
given to WIC Coordinators and Clinic Supervisors.
Laptops are NOT required for this training.
If you choose to bring your laptop, please
be advised due to firewalls, wireless internet access capability, etc. it may not work once we are at the training.

- Conduct a chart audit for each category of WIC client.
- Identify MI-WIC documentation sources that reflect the agency's ability to meet certification, nutrition education and food benefit issuance indicators in the Management Evaluation Tools.
- Utilize MI-WIC reports for quality assurance activities and record selection.
- Share strategies for on-going quality improvement.
