Addressing Complex Behavioral Health in Youth: Principles and Practices for Providers

Conference Highlights:

• Conceptualize a framework for assessment and management of aggressive behaviors in youth, including principles, practices and pharmacologic strategies.
• How to understand aggression in youth, the potential risk factors, and other contributors.
• Identification of strategies to build resilience in youth that have experienced trauma.
• Participants will engage in an interactive training on the implications of toxic stress and learn tools to mitigate and disrupt it to improve their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
